What do I do if my Bras or Underwear are damaged?
We are committed to providing quality bras, underwear and lingerie to you, our customers. However, if you should receive a faulty product, we will either exchange it or refund your purchase by crediting the account or credit card you used for your original purchase.
What do I do if my Bras or Underwear are lost by the Courier?

What do I do if I wish to return a Bra, Underwear or Lingerie?
In accordance with New Zealand Health Regulations, we do not permit the return of intimate apparel such as briefs, thongs, shapewear shorts, bodysuits, g-strings, hosiery, adhesive and silicone bras and items of like nature. No returns will be accepted on hosiery products and clearance items.
If you find your bra does not fit right and the item has not been worn and is returned in a saleable condition with all the labels and tags still attached we can provide you with a credit voucher to purchase an alternative. Monetary refunds are not offered, we provide you with a credit to allow you to purchase other items of the same value from this store. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These items must be sent back to us within 10 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Before returning items for resizing or if found faulty, please contact us to discuss the details.
Where do you ship to and what do you charge for shipping & handling?
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.
New Zealand shipping/packaging is $6.50 per package ($8.50 for Rural Delivery). International shipping cost is flat rate by region: Australia NZ$ 7.95, Pacific NZ$ 9.95, Asia NZ$ 12.95, and all others NZ$ 14.95. All orders within New Zealand will be shipped to your door by Courier and will require a signature (signature is not obtained for rural deliveries), or to your PO BOX by NZ Post.

International Shipping is by NZ Post International Air, tracking option is available via NZ Couriers International – email us for quote.
Prices are stated and charged in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) for goods being shipped to New Zealand addresses. Overseas orders do not incur GST, but due to higher transaction costs overseas orders include a 15% surcharge. West Retail Ltd is not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. We suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may incur if you buy our goods from outside New Zealand.
How long will my Bra, Underwear or Lingerie order take to arrive?
We will ship your Bra, Underwear or Lingerie as soon as possible, however, within New Zealand please allow 10 working days for delivery.
International Orders are dispatched via NZ Post International Air, or NZ Couriers International. Dispatch times can take up to 14 working days.
Target delivery times are a guide only and we do not guarantee your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer.
Because we do not directly control all the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. We do not pay compensation for any delay in the delivery of your item.
What happens if you are unable to supply an item(s) for some reason?
In the event we are unable to supply an item we will refund the payment made for the item(s) that are not available as soon as is possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our order fulfillment system is designed such that your order is processed shortly after it is placed, so once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
