Bra Size Chart
You can measure yourself with a bra and light clothes on, just ensure the bra is not padded. It is recommended that someone else measures you while you are standing with your arms resting by your side, lifting the arms up can result in inaccurate measurement. Standing in front of a mirror can also make taking accurate measurements easier.
UNDERBUST SIZE
Measure around your body, directly below the bust, ensuring the tape is right under your breasts, straight all of the way around and is as tight as possible. The tape should be firm, but not uncomfortable, this is how the under band of the bra will fit. It is best to do this measurement not wearing a bra or be careful not to go over your bra or underwire.
MEASURE BRA CUP SIZE
Measure around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipples), it is recommended to measure the cup size whilst wearing a bra. Hold the tape gently for this measurement so it is just lightly resting on your body. Make sure the tape measure is straight across your back and parallel.
